ABOUT BONEI

Built by people who
wished this existed
when they were 17.

Bonei (Hebrew: "builders") is an entrepreneurship and financial literacy program for high school students, grounded in Torah values and taught by real entrepreneurs.

OUR MISSION

Prepare the next generation to build — not just to follow.

We believe the gap between what schools teach and what the real world requires has never been wider. Financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and the values required to build with integrity — these are the skills that determine who leads and who follows.

Bonei exists to close that gap, one cohort at a time. We have started in January 2026 in Boca Raton, Florida.

We won't stop here!

WHAT BONEI STANDS FOR

Boneh · Builder
Every student graduates with something built — a real business concept they own.

Real over theoretical
We teach skills by applying them, not by reading about them.

Torah as operating system
Ancient wisdom. Modern application. Values that outlast any market cycle.

Community as infrastructure
The network your child builds in 12 weeks will serve them for 40 years.

THE FOUNDER'S STORY

The moment that
started everything.

THE BUILDER

Alex Turik is a serial entrepreneur who has spent over two decades building real businesses — across real estate, finance, and healthcare. He built HAN Capital into a $190M platform spanning 12 states and 9 successful exits, operating through market collapses, economic shifts, and industry disruptions.

He didn't learn any of it in school. He learned it by doing it — at great effort, over many years, with no one to show him the roadmap.

THE MOMENT

A few months ago, Alex sat in a college prep seminar for his 16-year-old son. For two hours, advisors explained how to optimize grades, polish applications, and score well on standardized tests.

Not once did anyone mention how money works. Not once did anyone talk about building something, selling something, or thinking like an owner. Zero preparation for the real world waiting on the other side.

"I looked around the room. Every parent was nodding. And I thought — we are all preparing our kids for a world that no longer exists."

— Alex Turik, Bonei Founder

THE DECISION

Alex drove home that evening and started building Bonei. Not as a side project. As a mission.

With the help of Leah Wubnech, he recruited Jenny Goldfarb — Shark Tank alumna and founder of Unreal Deli — to lead the curriculum. Together they built a 12-week program around the skills he wished he had learned at 17: financial fluency, entrepreneurial thinking, AI literacy, and Torah values that have guided builders for generations. A program that doesn't prepare kids for more school — it prepares them for real life.

"I built Bonei for the kid who is exactly where I was —
full of ambition, no roadmap."

We are the roadmap.
Sharing our success.
Learning from our failures.

Education

Founder & Creator of the Bonei entrepreneurship curriculum

Alex built his career the hard way — learning every skill through experience, every lesson through failure, and every win through relentless execution. He is CEO of HAN Capital, YPO member, a jiu-jitsu blue belt, and a father of four.

He integrates Torah values into everything he builds — not as religion, but as an operating framework for making decisions under pressure, building with integrity, and creating businesses that outlast market cycles.

He founded Bonei to close the gap between current high school curriculum and real life skills and expectations. Because the high school college seminar that triggered the idea was not the exception. It was the rule. And his son — like every other kid in that room — deserved better.

"The world is being reshaped by AI, by economic cycles, by forces no school curriculum has caught up to. The kids who thrive will be the ones who know how to build, adapt, and create value — not just pass tests."
